“Each cast member will have a seat for when they are not in character. These will be fanned across the border of upstage and centre stage, grouped according to the frequency with which character interact. From these rest positions, actors will stand when in role, moving downstage when their character is emotionally available to the audience, and moving (diagonally) toward other performers as their characters are actively interacting.”
